ImmPort
Immunology data resource
"Shared immunology and immune-mediated disease study data."
About the resource
ImmPort, funded by NIAID, hosts clinical and mechanistic immunology data from NIH-funded studies and select international partners. Datasets span autoimmune disease cohorts (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, IBD), transplantation, allergy, vaccine response (the Human Immunology Project Consortium, HIPC) and infection. Modalities include flow and mass cytometry, multiplex serology, transcriptomics, HLA typing and clinical phenotype.
Its standardised data templates (ImmPort templates) have become a common submission format for immunology studies and are aligned with HIPC's reporting standards.
What you'd use it for
- 01Pull immunology-cohort data for a meta-analysis across autoimmune diseases
- 02Use ImmPort templates to standardise a new study submission
- 03Find HIPC vaccine-response data for a benchmark immunology analysis
- 04Cross-reference cytometry with transcriptomics on a shared cohort
